The actor, who is in the midst of a rigorous promotional campaign for his much-anticipated film ‘Yodha’, graced the play-offs of the PKL, stirring patriotic fervor as he rendered a powerful performance of the national anthem.

Sidharth, whose latest film has been creating substantial buzz, found a unique platform in the PKL play-offs to connect with fans. Dressed in a bespoke navy blue bandhgala suit, Sidharth owned the moment, and his stately appearance and vibrant rendition captivated the audience, both in the stands and across the social media landscape.

An outpouring of admiration for Sidharth’s emotive performance flooded the internet following the event. As for ‘Yodha’, the film promises to be a high-octane action thriller with Sidharth portraying a commando in an adrenaline-inducing rescue mission onboard a hijacked flight. Joining him in the leading cast are actors Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani, the latter playing a pivotal role as a cabin crew member. Directors Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha have taken the helm of the project, produced under the prestigious banner of Dharma Productions by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta.

Initially slated for release on November 11, 2022, the film’s debut faced a series of delays, with dates being pushed to July 2023, then September and December of the same year, before finally settling to the current release date of March 15, 2024. The film’s mounting anticipation was recently compounded by the teaser release, which gave audiences a glimpse of the thrilling action sequences that await in ‘Yodha’.

The film’s soundtrack has also started gaining momentum with its first track ‘Zindagi Tere Naam’ already resonating warmly with fans. And in just a few days, the excitement is set to escalate further as the trailer of ‘Yodha’ is scheduled to be revealed on February 29, 2024.
