Similarly, Kamal Haasan, a prominent political figure and renowned actor, also offered his congratulations. Celebrated actor Rajinikanth also participated in the fervor, describing the swearing-in ceremony as a historic event. Meanwhile, internationally renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a massive sand sculpture at Puri Beach in Odisha, emblazoned with the message, “Viksit Bharat & Modi 3.0,” symbolizing hopes for a developed India under Modi’s tenure.

Major General (Retired) G.D. Bakshi, a combat veteran, expressed his views on X, emphasizing the democratic vindication that Modi’s re-election represented. He noted, “The 2024 elections have been a true vindication and victory of Democracy in India. Modi has come back albeit with a reduced majority. He has come back on the basis of his good governance, and independent Foreign policy.”
