PM Modi will be present for the oath ceremony,” Mohanty stated.
In a parallel development, VK Pandian, a close aide and longtime private secretary to caretaker Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, has announced his retirement from active politics. Pandian, an IAS officer from the 2000 batch, had taken voluntary retirement from bureaucracy in 2023 to join the BJD, a party he served diligently for over two decades.
