An aura of piety and devotion envelopes the sacred city of Ayodhya as the temple town gears up for the consecration of the long-awaited Ram Temple. In a soul-stirring prelude to the landmark ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony, renowned vocalists Shankar Mahadevan and Sonu Nigam infused the atmosphere with spiritual fervor, performing reverent Ram Bhajans at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.

In the hallowed precincts of the temple, amidst the spiritual chantings and a sense of shared reverence, Sonu Nigam’s melodious renderings of ‘Ram Siya Ram’ captivated the hearts of all present. The evocative performance, imbued with the singer’s emotional connection to the divine, was so powerful that it moved the celebrated artist to tears. Nigam’s stirring bhajans echoed through the temple complex, signifying the devotion and joy of the multitude of devotees congregating for this auspicious occasion.

Joining in this spiritual symphony, the legendary Anuradha Paudwal, accompanied by her daughter Kavita Paudwal, also graced the devotees with melodious bhajans dedicated to Lord Ram. Their contribution to the pre-ceremony celebration added to the serene and devout ambiance that enveloped Ayodhya.

The sanctuary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple became a nexus for cultural unity as special guests from various spheres of influence converged to witness this historic event. Dignitaries from the worlds of entertainment, sports, spiritual orders, politics, and arts marked their presence. The congregation included Bollywood luminaries such as Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Ayushmann Khurrana, Anupam Kher, Kangana Ranaut, Tiger Shroff, and the iconic Asha Bhosle.

This historic day marked by the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony unravelled with stringent security measures in place. The anticipated ritual, heralding the enshrinement of the deity Ram Lalla, unfolded in the presence of India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, saints, and an assembly of honored guests.

Adding to the grandeur of the day, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had earlier announced the occurrence of a dazzling musical event named ‘Mangal Dhwani’, featuring some of the most illustrious names from the world of music. This cultural feast commenced at 10 am, setting the stage for the divine proceedings that were scheduled to follow.

The spiritual centerpiece of the occasion, the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of Shri Ram Lalla, was set for 12:30 pm. Meanwhile, the city of Lucknow, as well as numerous other cities across the country, adorned themselves in celebration. Streets were festooned with posters and flags of Lord Ram, while cities shone brightly with decorative lights and cutouts of the deity, alongside posters emblazoned with religious slogans.

The roll-call of honored guests spanned various sectors, including cricket, cinema, spiritual groups, political figures, and representatives from the arts, literature, and culture. Ayodhya had been preparing for this momentous event with Vedic rituals, initiating a week prior to the primary ceremony.

As the devotees and citizens of Ayodhya braced for the divine installment, the emotional impact of the ceremony was palpable. The presence of luminaries from different fields, combined with the enchanting bhajans and the ambient spirituality, underscored the profound cultural and religious significance of the Ram Temple’s consecration.
