Days after the incident, actor Aayush Sharma, who is also Salman Khan’s brother-in-law, shared his insights regarding the terrifying occurrence. During a candid interview with the news agency ANI, Sharma highlighted the importance of family unity amid these challenging times. “We are his family. It is a tough time for us. And we all as a family stand together,” he emphasized. Sharma pointed out that given the gravity of the situation, it would be premature for him to provide any sort of statement or commentary.

Despite the circumstances, Salman Khan is not letting this incident hinder his professional commitments. It was noteworthy that Khan was seen at a karate event in Dubai, where his presence as a guest of honor was well-documented on social media. Videos of Khan enjoying the event, especially vibing to a song from Shah Rukh Khan’s recent hit movie ‘Pathaan,’ circulated on social media, revealing that the actor was maintaining a semblance of normalcy. Salman Khan also had a cameo role in ‘Pathaan,’ adding to the fan excitement.

The video tug at the heartstrings of many followers, illuminating the personal connections that transcend the professional sphere in Bollywood.

Beyond the warmth of the Dubai event, back in Mumbai, the aftermath of the shooting continues to unfold. The Mumbai Police have flagged Lawrence Bishnoi, a notorious gangster currently imprisoned in Gujarat, along with his younger brother Anmol Bishnoi, as “wanted accused” in regards to the shooting. Upcoming legal processes are expected, as the police might pursue custody of Lawrence Bishnoi soon.

In the wake of threats from Lawrence Bishnoi and another gangster Goldy Brar, Salman Khan’s personal security has been significantly heightened since November 2022. His security classification was upgraded to Y-Plus, inclusive of authorization for a personal firearm and the procurement of a new armoured vehicle to augment his safety measures.
