Bollywood Actress Triptii Dimri Purchases Lavish Rs 14 Crore Bungalow in Iconic Mumbai Neighborhood

In a recent turn of events that has made headlines across the Bollywood industry, actress Triptii Dimri, celebrated for her stellar cameo in the blockbuster film ‘Animal’, has acquired a luxurious bungalow valued at an astonishing Rs 14 crore. This prime real estate is nestled in Mumbai’s prestigious Bandra locality, known for being home to many Bollywood giants, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt.

The ‘Animal’ actress garnered widespread accolades for her role as a mole sent to distract Ranbir Kapoor’s character in the film, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The movie has enjoyed immense box office success since its release in December, further propelling Triptii into the limelight. Now, riding on the success of ‘Animal’, Triptii has indulged in a lavish new acquisition, marking a significant milestone in her career.

The exquisite bungalow, located off the upscale Carter Road, stands as a ground-plus-two-storey structure and spans an impressive area of 2,226 square feet. According to documents accessed via IndexTap.com, the real estate transaction was formally registered on June 3. Triptii shelled out an additional Rs 70 lakh in stamp duty and paid a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to finalize her purchase.

Triptii Dimri’s career trajectory is a fascinating tale of perseverance and talent. She made her cinematic debut in 2017, appearing in films like ‘Mom’, featuring the legendary Sridevi, and Sunny Deol’s ‘Poster Boys’. However, it was her role in Sajid Ali’s ‘Laila Majnu’ that first brought her critical acclaim. Despite the movie’s lukewarm box-office performance, Triptii’s portrayal left an indelible mark on critics and moviegoers alike.

Reflecting on her journey in an interview with ETimes, Triptii candidly shared her initial struggles. “When ‘Laila Majnu’ was about to be released, I was buying vegetables at Pali market.

. I was living in a rented apartment and was doing most things by myself, and I was thinking my movie is going to be released, and I wouldn’t be able to step out as people would recognize me. But when the film was released, very few people went to see it, and I was literally heartbroken. I was offered films after that as well, but nothing was exciting. So I began working on my craft and attended many workshops – they kept me sane. And then, ‘Bulbbul’ happened,” she recounted.

Indeed, it was Netflix’s ‘Bulbbul’, produced by Anushka Sharma’s production house Clean Slate Filmz, that finally earned her mainstream recognition. Her portrayal of the enigmatic and haunting Bulbbul won the hearts of both critics and audiences, cementing her position as an actress to watch in the industry.

In terms of future projects, Triptii Dimri has an eclectic mix lined up, promising to keep her fans eagerly anticipating her next screen appearances. She will soon share the screen with Rajkummar Rao in the film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’. Additionally, she has started shooting for ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, where she will act alongside Kartik Aaryan, Madhuri Dixit, and Vidya Balan. Another exciting project in her kitty is Karan Johar’s ‘Bad Newz’, collaborating once again with Vicky Kaushal and also featuring Ammy Virk. She will also be seen in ‘Dhadak 2’, which pairs her with Siddhant Chaturvedi.

Triptii’s new home in one of Mumbai’s most coveted localities not only signifies her rising stature in Bollywood but also marks her enduring commitment to her craft. As she continues to climb the ladder of success, her journey stands as a testament to the hard work and resilience that fuels the dreams of countless aspiring actors in the country.
