On Wednesday, October 2, Naga Chaitanya shared a detailed statement on his social media platform, aiming to clear the air and put an end to the speculative narratives surrounding his divorce. The actor asserted that the separation from Samantha was a painful but mutual decision taken after considerable deliberation. “The decision to divorce is undeniably one of the most painful and unfortunate occurrences in life. It was a decision that Samantha and I reached after extensive consideration and was made in mutual peace, as our individual life goals began to diverge. We parted ways with mutual respect and dignity, as two mature adults should,” he explained in his statement.
Furthermore, Chaitanya addressed the widespread rumors and fabrications that have surrounded their separation. “There have been countless baseless and completely ridiculous speculations regarding our relationship and subsequent divorce. Until now, I have chosen silence, out of deep respect for my former spouse and our families,” he said, effectively calling for an end to the ongoing gossip.
Lashing out specifically at Minister Konda Surekha, Naga Chaitanya was straightforward in his condemnation.
