Netflix Announces Release Date for Documentary on ‘RRR’ Director SS Rajamouli

The streaming powerhouse Netflix, via an Instagram announcement, revealed the exciting news, treating fans to the release date of “Modern Masters: S.S. Rajamouli.” Accompanied by a caption that read, “One man. Numerous blockbusters. Endless ambition. What did it take for this legendary filmmaker to reach his peak? Modern Masters: S.S. Rajamouli, coming on August 2, only on Netflix!” the post also indicated the documentary will make its debut on August 2.

Presented by Anupama Chopra, a respected name in the Indian film industry, the documentary includes insights and reflections from some of the most notable figures in global cinema such as James Cameron, Joe Russo, and Karan Johar. It also features interviews with Rajamouli’s close friends and frequent collaborators, including Prabhas, Jr NTR, Rana Daggubati, and Ram Charan.
