Salman Khan Enthusiastically Endorses ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’; Akshay Kumar Grateful for Support

Today marked a significant milestone in Bollywood as the highly anticipated trailer of ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,’ directed by renowned filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, debuted to the adulation of fans and industry insiders alike. A particular voice of acclaim came from the superstar Salman Khan, who extended his hearty wishes to lead actors Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff.

Through his Instagram platform, Salman Khan propelled the excitement for the forthcoming blockbuster by sharing the trailer with his massive following. Accompanied by an uplifting message, he wrote, “‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, akki n tiger best of luck for the movie yeh bohut badi hit hogi.” The positive energy from Khan is not surprising, given his successful work with director Zafar on box office hits such as ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and ‘Sultan.’

Further expressing his confidence in the film’s potential, Khan noted, “Loved the trailer and Ali u need to break tiger n sultan ka record with this one.” The superstar’s support concluded with a hopeful note: “Umeed hai ke Hindustan ko aap aur aap ko Hindustan Eidi dengein…@akshaykumar@tigerjackieshroff.”

Akshay Kumar reciprocated the well-wishes with gratitude, acknowledging the legacy of their past work and expressing hope that Zafar’s directorial acumen with ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ (BMCM) will capture the audience’s imagination just as much, if not more. Kumar’s tweet in response reflected his appreciation for Khan’s gesture.

The launch of the trailer itself was a grand event in Mumbai, unveiling an explosive four-minute preview filled with jaw-dropping stunts and high-octane action. The central premise features Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s characters as two determined officers battling it out against a formidable and mysterious adversary played by Prithviraj Sukumaran.

The trailer opens with an ominous monologue by Sukumaran’s character, outlining the fearsome attributes of an enemy devoid of fear for death—an enemy without a name, identity, or face, driven purely by vengeance. The storyline thickens as it becomes evident that Sukumaran has commandeered an extraordinarily potent and perilous weapon, assigning Kumar and Shroff the dire task of its retrieval.

Intensifying the drama, the trailer ends with a twist, as it seems the protagonists engage in a fierce confrontation against one another. Akshay Kumar’s voiceover teases the complexity of their relationship, suggesting a brotherhood that could either save or destroy them.

The film boosts an alluring ensemble cast, including Ronit Roy, Alay F, Manushi Chhillar, and Sonakshi Sinha. Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films have joined forces to produce this cinematic endeavor, setting the stage for an Eid release on April 10, 2024. However, the release is not without its challenges, as it will be competing at the box office with Ajay Devgn’s ‘Maidaan.’

Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial has been a spectacle in the making, with filming locations that span across the globe from Mumbai to London, Abu Dhabi, Scotland, and Jordan, assuring a visual treat for the viewers. The buzz around ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ is palpable, and the anticipation is only heightened by the supportive camaraderie displayed by the titans of the Indian film industry. As the countdown to the release begins, the question on everyone’s mind remains—will ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ set a new benchmark for Bollywood blockbusters? Only time will tell.
